Dr Uday Phadke speaks at UKIBC-FICCI Innovation Hubs Seminar in London

Dr Uday Phadke, Director of AcceleratorIndia, joins an exclusive panel discussion organised by UK India Business Council (UKIBC), exploring how the UK and India can expand their innovation relationship. The discussion addressed the key question: how can British and Indian companies and universities work together to improve innovation?

Dr Phadke shared key insights from his long and successful track record in the Cambridge and other key UK innovation ecosystems and clusters. He was joined by Rajan Bharti Mittal of Bharti Enterprises, Naina Lal Kidwai of HSBC India and other leading figures from UK business and innovation hubs.

The seminar was organised by the UKIBC in partnership with the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce (FICCI) and is part of UKIBC's focus on promoting innovation collaborations and partnerships between the UK and India.

The UKIBC will be exploring this theme throughout 2011-12 with further seminars and larger conferences, conduct research, and are planning a delegation of innovative companies to India in October 2011. More details of this event can be found in the UKIBC website.
