Aegis approached Cartezia to help in building a radically new business, based on the idea of managing the full 'communications channel' with the customer, integrating a wide range of distribution channels such as radio, television, internet, and mobile.
We identified the key assets, people, technologies, systems and competences required to do this and provided a strategy for Carat to integrate these quickly and effectively. We also identified potential acquisition targets and provided a model for this new eco-system and the changing competitive environment.
Our work also formed the basis for the creation of Isobar, the specialist digital media division of Aegis Media, which now operates globally.
