Getty Images is the leading provider of digital media worldwide, creating and distributing a range of assets, from royalty-free stock photography and editorial images to footage, music and multimedia 

Cartezia's involvement with Getty Images started with helping to shape the company's strategic vision: to change from an analogue photo agency into a digital content business covering a wide range of content formats, with a radically new business model. 

We were involved with all aspects of the business, including Products, Customers and Brands, Sales and Marketing, Delivery Systems, Production, Technology, Purchasing and Supplier relationships, Organisational Structure and Business Model. We were also intimately involved in evaluating potential acquisitions until the company re-located its HQ to the US. 

Getty Images was acquired by the private equity firm Hellman & Friedman in 2008.
